Where do I go to learn how to use InSightApp™?
Our homepage at Insightappsolutions.com contains a tutorial video that will shows you the features and functionality available to you after you download InSightApp™.
Is there a limit to the amount of organizations I can purchase or be involved in?
There is no limit to the amount of organizations you can be asked to join. There is no limit to the amount of new organizations you create; however each one will cost 1 credit.
When I respond to the survey, who will be able to see my answers?
All survey answers within InSightApp™ are completely confidential and cannot be seen individually by the project owner.
How do I use InSightApp™ if I have an Android device?
At this time, InSightApp™ is only offered on iOS devices, however we will be expanding into the Android market soon! If you need to take a survey, we recommend borrowing an iOS device or contacting your project leader to let them know.
Why can’t I access “Manage Organization”?
You must create a new organization to begin using it in the “Manage Organization” section. Each new organization you create will cost 1 credit.
Can I still take surveys if I don’t create my own organization?
Absolutely! Just log into the app, accept the organization invite, and take your survey.
If I run out of surveys and have no credits where do I go to get more?
You can purchase more credits for surveys by clicking on the Dollar Sign icon in the top left corner of the home page.
How many projects can I create?
There is no limit to the amount of project groups you can create for an organization.
How many users can I add to a single survey?
You can add up to 100 users to each survey. For surveys that require more than 100 users, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
How do I accept invitations to join organizations?
Clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner of the app will allow you to access your account and add yourself to new organizations.
When will my report be generated?
The report will be generated if the deadline for completion expires, all members complete the survey, or you choose to manually end the survey and generate the report.
What is the difference between the Min and Mean report?
The Mean report will show you the average of the responses on your survey and the Min report will show the lowest responses on your survey.
What happens when I generate the PDF report?
The entire report will be sent to your email with detailed observations, recommendations, and actions to take based on your survey responses.
